Companies hiring in UK/EU directly from India?

Guys, please help - what are the companies that hire in Europe/UK directly from India for experienced folks - SWE (backend dev/full stack dev)?
Also if these companies have a decent hiring bar (not very high hiring bar/tier-1 companies like FB, G - not very good at leetcode, I'm average @ LC, but good in System Design/Java/DevOps, etc.), please mention those.

I'm thinking being in JPMC, other banks may be the place to start.
