Expecting an LMTS offer from Salesforce, and ongoing negotiation for an L6 offer from Amazon.
What to do if any of these recruiters asks for proof of competing offers? It seems illegal (or at least unethical) to share emails from a recruiter of a different company, so I do not want to do this.
How can I politely handle this situation without hurting my chances at the negotiation table?
Irrelevant, providing just to honor Blind culture.

If you have experienced this, does a screenshot of only the offer breakup works? or they need the whole mail with PI blurred out?
I feel like it’s not that sensitive. Email is not a good channel for sensitive info.
