  • We don’t have a team like this. Are you referring to the enterprise security platforms that goes by the acronym ESP?

  • I know few people from the broad esp, they are usually busy working on multiple initiatives, don’t think that this team is going anyway anytime

    • Thanks for the feedback. Here people say MS fires people a lot. I mean attrition rate is very high. Any thoughts on that?
Like any budget issue on MS level arises does this team heavily get impacted?

Like in JP CIB, AWM team gets low hit as they are revenue generating. But definitely GTI, CT will have high impact.

    • I haven’t heard of ms firing a lot, there are cases where low performers are pushed out but if you’re doing the job it’s fine. Attrition rate is normal, maybe slightly elevated given the market but nothing out of ordinary. This team is essential here so I haven’t really heard of them being impacted due to budgets

  • They implement cybersecurity strategy via architecture, engineering, deployment, and operations of security control and capabilities for the enterprise. This is achieved via the team’s focus on architectural rigor, automation, agile delivery, and adoption of esp control implementation. They work on providing apis internally, are involved in task automations, etc
