Yes you can use your previous i140

Microsoft Orcas Feb 11, 2020

This is correct.

that's a relief..so I will have to file h1 amendment for moving states and file h4ead based on previous i140? is that fine?

Microsoft Orcas Feb 11, 2020

Need new labor, or they need to give you a job in Seattle when the date is current. H4ead can be based on previous H1.

so what would happen if I apply for h4ead on previous h1 and then file for h1 amendment. Would that invalidate h4ead?

Yes, you can use the previously issued I-140 for her EAD. I guess you will have to go through LCA for location change. Not sure if you need to file for an I-140 again as you are still with Amazon.

You need to file i140 again. You will retain your old priority date

Amazon bren Feb 11, 2020

You do not need new i140 until your priority date is coming current. If you have eight jobs between now and then you only need updated i140 for the one you have when it's time to file i485. You don't need to get a new i140 for the ones in the middle.
