Hey, having a difficult time finding compensation numbers for an average software engineer at Gusto.
I’m not sure of the internal level mapping, but what would a similarly leveled L4 at Google, Uber, or Airbnb be making at Gusto?
Saw a 130k base target (not sure if thats true) but have no data on the stock compensation.

The current spread on ISOs is unlikely to match the present value of RSUs at a public or very near IPO company.
If even assuming 2x spread doesn’t get most candidates (there will always be exceptions) to break even or better with public and very near IPO companies I would say there is a real problem in the comp structure.
So can I expect tc to be around 230k?
