VMware vs Harness/BrowserStack vs other unicorn startups
Hi Blind fam! I have received an offer from VMware Tanzu, Bangalore hybrid option available (#vmware #tanzu). But I have interviews scheduled with BrowserStack and Harness. Seeing bad reviews (bad WLB and also don't want remote or Mumbai location) for both the startups feel like VMware is much better.
The only thing is I wanted to join a startup for better learning which VMware is also providing.
Also, can startups match VMware offer??
Current TC - 14L fixed + 4L Bonus last year
YoE - 2
VMware TC - 20L base + 2.4L bonus + 1.2L PF + 3L JB + 20k USD vested for 4yrs (25% 1st year and then 12.5% half yearly)
VMware 1st year TC ~ 30.5L
Will any of above startups match VMware offer?
Should I try for some other startups later?

BrowserStack has offices only in Mumbai in India. You said that you don’t want Mumbai location + VMware is also providing startup like learning opportunities. I guess you already have an answer in your mind.
