Is this Microsoft strategy to push you out. After doing and finishing all works, manager keeps saying that I’m not good fit

Are you doing those things? Does he know that you are doing those things? Does he think you missed the target? Did you ask why he thinks that you missed the target? Do you ever talk to your manager outside 1:1?
Here’s the rub: you will, across your career, be required to work with ppl who don’t like you or you don’t like. Learn to deal. Learn to communicate. Learn to establish clear, concrete, measurable and step worthy goals before you begin a project. If you’re an autist and generally socially inept(as you seem throughout this thread), this won’t solve all your problems, but you will at least achieve satisfactory performance ratings.
This is a good moment to grow. Work (and relationships) isn’t about who is right or wrong. It’s about how you deal with problems. Take a moment to listen to feedback; it may be hurtful but try and listen to everything before making any assessment. Try to read between the lines. If you’re able to do this, you’ll hear exactly why you’re not a good fit. It may be a lousy answer, but if you can really listen you can gain some insight into yourself.
It’s not easy and I’ve been there many times. It’s easy to dismiss as a singular isolated event. Work is not just about doing or not doing, performing or not performing - the most important part are you relationships. Doesn’t mean you have to like or love everyone, but it’s important that you can work effectively given your circumstances.
Good luck!
