Reddit, Discord,
Brex, Chime, Stripe
Databricks, Airtable, Figma

Note: I only listed companies that are still kinda reasonable and pay well, that's why I ruled out Bolt, instacart, etc.

Maybe figma? It doesnโ€™t get as much hype despite being a loved and growing product

They are all probably overvalued at this juncture, just because of the macroeconomic circumstances. It shouldnโ€™t be a big concern though, if the business has a long-term vision to scale through it and has the leadership to get the company (which I think Brex has).

Well risk is a whole spectrum right, I would join a startup with a good probability of success, I wouldn't buy a lottery ticket with a .00001 chance of success.

Yes, which is why I prefaced my statement with a condition that the business has to have a plan to weather through it and grow.

It's funny how basically no one here rly knows anything about whether a company is overvalued or not so their opinions are worthless. For example I saw a few people say ramp which is definitely "overvalued" at an 80x multiplayer but that doesn't mean it's a bad company or anything. Vast majority of preipo companies are in a similar boat and they need to grow into their valuation.
