I have a verbal offer from LinkedIn for a Senior SWE (L4/SWEII) position in Sunnyvale - 160k base, 250k RSU (4 year), 35k sign-on bonus and the recruiter is asking me to come up with numbers I am looking for. What are some realistic numbers that I should be aiming for?
