Google?
Google just laid off la bunch of GCP sales reps a month ago
How does your question make any sense? Why do you care if the company calls it PIP/fired/layoff? And how can anyone predict what will any company will do in future? Even if a company did not have any layoffs in recent years, no one can be certain they won't do that after you join. What exactly are you trying to understand by asking this question?
I think OP is asking what companies don’t do layoffs as RTB (Cisco / eBay / intel)
Work for a federal contractor
Choose one: TC or guaranteed paycheck. Very rare to see the two together. As someone else mentioned, if you want to sit back and relax, look for a government job.
I am worried that when the recession comes and we get laid off getting a new job will be a pain. Especially on H1
We rarely lay off or fire but also we rarely pay well. I second qLXi83
