constant rejections during job search

Hi all, Been applying to a lot of companies for non SDE roles since last 6 months (mostly applied through company website) plus a few referrals. Im have been getting rejects even though the job roles are near perfect fit. Are there tips that i can get to overcome the hump? My confidence is at an all time low. #amazon#facebook#google#microsoft
