Infosys role change
Asking for a friend. My friend has joined Infosys as Tech Lead in USA but looking at the work he wants to change the level to Analyst. How easy is to change the roles from Tech Lead to Tech Analyst at Infosys? Analyst is one role below lead. Suggestions are appreciated! #infosys #hr
Title doesn’t matter, especially at Infosys.
You mean Technology analyst is also same as lead?
At Infosys and many (maybe all) desi consulting companies Title matters. Employees in Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai wear their office badge on weekends while shopping at local grocery stores. People live their pseudo identity.
Isn't analyst like two levels below tech lead?
