I am working with Intel in R&D customer support and Intel guys are putting all work on us. I am a R&D HW engineer and they are asking us to complete the design for them in tight schedule, which is like 4 person work on every guy here. Manager is non responsive to concern.
All people still left in Intel are there just not to work and coast to better opportunity. I dont see technical expertise or even intent. Thats why Intel is doomed to fail.
I hope you guys become next DEC/IBM๐

"Intel main focus is on diversity and inclusion, not getting their shit done"
The OP didn't say that *some* of Intel's problem is due to D&I, it says that it's the *main* issue.
Random guy here. Donโt know anything about this conflict, but it seems like Intelโs statement above shows that Intel is at fault here. If they know the Synopsis engineer is on vacation, why are they just sitting on their asses waiting for him to get back and delaying it?
Why not find someone else or just do it yourself? Blaming others for your delays and problems is the attitude of a losing team.
To do it right you need to study and understand it, then come up with your own and how to test it.
