Relocation during PERM processing

My employer has decided to initiate my PERM processing and I expected the PERM LCA to be started by the end of next month. I am a remote working employee. Can I relocate to any other city/state while my whole PERM process is in progress? Can i relocate once the whole process has been done and my I-140 is approved? #workvisa #h1b #perm #i140
