Only time I’ve ever been pissed off by a phone screen. Told them I never want to hear from them again. Had 2 other phone screens that week that went about the same and I’ve got onsite for both. Don’t know what FB is thinking with their shit.
Did a phone screen a couple weeks ago. Felt like it went quite well. Got told no. I do not believe I deserved to fail and as a result I’m not longer willing to bother with Facebook.i think it’s a pretty big flaw in your interview process that the phone screen person has a veto like this.
If I saw the feedback and the interviewer actually had something valid to say then I’d try again. I really don’t think that’s the case.
