Hi,
I am planning to switch from Intel to Facebook. I have done a PhD in Electrical and Computer Eng from a top 10 school in US, working in Intel for 1.5 years, have around 170 citations, strong recommendation letters, 1 granted patent, few news articles citing my research and couple of invited talks. While Facebook isn't guaranteeing anything about their GC strategy, apparently the immigration firm FB works with (BAL) is pretty infamous for letting people apply in EB1. It would be helpful if I can get some initial pointers from this forum.

Your credentials look quite good , and an EB1B looks very achievable. EB1A is always tricky but can be attempted too
