Hi All,
I just completed the google interview loop for early careers, my recruiter reached out to me today saying I did really well and performed in the top 5 of her applicants and that she was very confident I’m getting an offer .My application wasn’t submitted to HC yet ,but will start me in the team matching process, but didn’t specify what level I would be considered for . In effort to avoid future disappointment , I was wondering if there was any chance I wouldn’t pass HC , and if I should ask my recruiter to confirm if I am being considered for L4 vs L3. I have an onsite with Palantir tmrw and Meta on Monday, but since getting that call it’s been hard to find the same drive and motivation to finalize my prep since Google is my top choice , but at the same time I don’t want to belittle my other opportunities because of getting something that is still not 100% confirmed and at the same time potentially use them as leverage ( especially if I get placed at L3).
In addition, im based out of NYC and through scrolling on blind I have an impression that there aren’t a-lot of open roles in nyc for L3/L4, so I was wondering if there was still a risk of not getting an offer even after I pass HC?
