Hey Everyone,
Any tips/tricks/red flags I should keep in mind for an upcoming loop interview with fb for their tech sourcer role-SWE?
Perhaps any hiring/firing policies, culture etc. new to Blind too! :)
This is a huge decision for me IF I make it to advanced stages as I lead our tech practice at a smaller boutique agency, so a sourcer role in itself would be a new challenge since I currently do full desk and enjoy the closing/negotiation part the most! A role at any FAANG is a dream and I want to be successful.
Thanks in advance for your help!
