Interested to know how is day-to-day working like at Google.

GCP is struggling against AWS due to a lack of ๐.
However, Iโm finding Google to be very stingy in terms of its policies/perks and benefits. As a company, it doesnโt feel very open and connected and transparent either.
Makes me sound spoilt but we all know what the world of tech is like so these things do matter. All of this stuff adds to the overall experience and adds up. Did not expect this vast difference moving from Meta to Google
We only have one weekly team meet, no standups
