Can you please suggest some good vegetarian sandwich places in Seattle Bellevue Redmond area? I like Panera Bread and Home grown. Couldn't find good veggie options in other places

Tofu sandwich at Paseo
Chaco canyon has the greatest tempeh sandwich I’ve ever experienced but it’s not always available
Fml it’s permanently closed 😕
Bakery nouveau also generally carries a veggie option and they have amazing sandwiches, too
