Leetcode monkeys here... activated my eats pass and then ordered lunch this morning...
Saw I still had a delivery charge..
Raised a case and they said that my eats pass isnโt active until 7pm today. I checked my email saying my eatspass was confirmed valid and ready to use at 11am and sent them the screenshot. They are machines and canโt process or understand anything when I even debugged it for them saying their shitty engineers didnโt account for GMT vs local time zones in their systems (pst)
... or maybe they did and Uber is trying to nickel and dime us by doing this on purpose?
Either way absolute ๐ company and worse support
