YoE: 8 TC: 32 Got below offers: (INDIA) Microsoft L63 SSE Base 39.5 LPA joining rsu - 105k USD /4y variable 0-30% (realistic target 15%) rsu refreshers - 0-30k USD/annum /5y (realistic target 15k) Paypal MTS1 T25 Base 44 LPA variable : 0-20% target 10% rsu refreshers = 30-40k USD/yr vest over 3y (as per blind community) joining rsu 55k USD - vest over 3y Walmart SSE IN4 Base 39.5 LPA Joining RSU: none RSU refreshers: 25% of base (mentioned on offer) Variable: 25-50% of base (target = 25%) Overall Money wise - looks like I'd make more money with paypal in the longer run (their annual refreshers are 2x MS and they vest in 3y and not 5y) Planning to stay for at-least 4y Priorities: Good tech stack, WLB, benefits
Negotiate base with Microsoft and then join them.
Those base salaries are really low if they are in thousands of USD or Euro. If they're in lakh rupees you should really tell us that so that we don't get confused.
MS looks like the best of the lot
MS base can go upto 45, negotiate with counter offers.
