I recently completed an interview loop with Google for a power arch role.
Google HR reached out saying they have obtained all approvals to extend an offer. HR will reach out tomorrow to talk about comp, however heard that WLB is bad in the team. Also have an offer from Intel for similar role that is quite competitive, and WLB is pretty good. Wrt Intel, I haven't signed anything yet and I think they are doing some immigration pre-approval before sending out written offer.
Confused now as to my next steps. Any suggestions on what I can expect from Google in terms of comp and level for my YoE? Is L5 achievable?
Current TC: 180k base, 500k in Unvested RSUs
YoE: 5.5.
Intel Offer: Better base, slightly lower RSUs, sign on bonus

Also, it's a pretty elaborate lie I'm cooking up to get some imaginary advice, right?
