declined offer hiring manager reached out after 2 months..
I declined a job offer after 4-5 interviews including onsite in june 2019.. closed the chapter and moved on.. Out of blue hiring manager reached out again today asking if he could do anything to make me reconsider my decision? I cannot really disclose any details about company or offer or location at this moment.. Any advise fellow blinders on how i can polietly decline this request? The person reaching out is a senior manager and not a recruiter or recruiting manager. current tc -> 240k
I just say I am not looking to make a change at this time but will get back to them if I am.

If they are reaching out and asking how can they make you reconsider, why donโt you tell them what actually would make you reconsider? Like TC? Title? Etc.. or are you not looking for change at this time? I see it a good opportunity to actually get a big gain out of it since they seems to really want you to reconsider.
I wasnโt told any numbers or offer details until actually all interviews concluded and then I was disappointed with what was being offered. After considering current tc and prospects I decided itโs not a wise move to change..
I see this as a good chance to bring it up to the manager who reached out. Tell them I was looking for this number to make me accept but I was disappointed. And the number should be higher than what you actually want.
You should chat about what you are targeting in terms of level and comp! If you can communicate that in a humble and polite manner it will be taken well. Who knows they may decide to match your target.
Thanks.. but in all honesty I am Not interested in joining them at this moment. I would have joined in jun but things are changed now.

Tell them that you appreciate them reaching out and would be honored to perhaps be part of their team at some point in the future. But at this point, are pursuing other opportunities.
