Washington ltc quotes
For those of you getting private LtC to deal with Washington states new cares act .. what quotes are you getting ? Please share info of agents and your coverage details I will start - I am waiting for a quote still but coworker got bankers quote for 50K coverage for $780. He is 26 year old and healthy so I think it’s unusually high but he did get 3% inflation option compounding .
Banker's Life quoted me $418/yr, male, mid 30s, 50k life time limit, 2% inflation. It was listed at "Bankers SimpleChoice". I believe it was specifically designed to do the minimum to take advantage of lazy high income earners who just wanted an easy out. I think we can get something for $300/yr, just need to find it. Bankers Life wouldn't offer anything lower, or with less coverage

Transamerica for like $325 a year. Mid 30s healthy male although there’s no underwriting for the premium. Literally just want the lowest premium possible - this is not an insurance product I would ever get unless forced to 🙄
True .. real winners from this law are insurance companies

They must realize that we're forced to buy it, so if they bundle with something else then they can up the price

Ltc has a range of products. Some are traditional and some are hybrid. With out the product/brand name, it is not apple-to-apple comparison.
