come on guys there enough of us on herrrrr that are actually smart instead of just leetcoders right?? who wants to start disrupting the agency recruiting industry (not the in-house ones)!?? reasons: - they just try to place as many as they can regardless of fit - they will try to sell you on fake shit - they will try to get your base higher but nothing else, because they take 10% of your base (disgusting) - lets all add reasons here i have a ton... tagging these companies because they have the most users on blind tc 329, yoe 10, bay area

ML can deal with this way better than a human.. it’s just a matter of how relevant is the ‘relationship’ which is fake AF
"ML" isn't really an idea. How are you sourcing candidates? How are you generating the relationships to place candidates? How are you training the ML? What is your fee structure? Will your ML just be better at sending inmail?
