Got offer from Adidas India.

I got selected in Adidas as Sr. Platform Engineer, the work in Adidas is only Devops engineer there we need to create end to end automation means one click solution by CI-CD pipeline and here in Xebia, I am working as Solution Architect in AWS cloud and DevOps tools. Therefore; my Question is that if my company (Xebia) match the Adidas CTC then should I stay here.
