Hello friends at Tmobile. Does Tmobile allows remote work ?
Depends on the team. Some teams have half of the employees that are remote. What do you do for Sprint? That could help!
@Sprint, could you please give rough indication of your TC and YoE? I am curious to know how much that profile is paid in the US.
Depends on the org and team. I work 100% remote and have for my entire 6 years. I don’t reside within 4 hours of an office. I don’t have a cube and I’m required to attend in office all hands.
Wow seriously you have to drive 4+ for all hands?
Depends on the org and team. Some orgs encourage telecommute twice a week but again its up to the manager.
I could almost 100% work from home if I wanted to
Again it depends on team and you manager. If you have an indian manager, it's difficult to work from home.
When I was hired I was told no one could work remote then we ran out of office space! They started to allow WFH (some teams 2 day a week or even 4 day a week). Also generally you can WFH more around year end holidays and bad weather days.
Probably not if your written communication is this poor...
So the person is ESL. They're an RF engineer. Don't need perfect English to do that. Don't be an ass.
I am in tsdo , my org allows twice a week . But again it depends on team too .
Does P&T Cloud allow WFH?

Not encouraged in my team, but everything is dependent on the team
Thank you for the response. I work from a different state from where my office is, due to family issues. Sprint has allowed that. Now we are trying to start a family. Very worried and stressed that after the merger, this won’t be allowed.
If you are in business facing teams mostly it’s a no.
