What are the best ways to "passively" get better at software engineering?

So I've been spending time learning about both finance and fitness, mostly through watching youtube videos, listening to podcasts, and reading articles here and there, maybe around like 30 minutes to an hour a day combined. Over time I've actually learned so much about both of those topics through this process due to the compounding effects of daily learning + improvement.
Is there a way I can do this for coding and software engineering as well? What resources do you guys use, who do you guys follow, what podcasts are there, etc? Bonus points for things that are directly applicable to our jobs-- there's a lot of interesting materials on tech broadly that are not really applicable to our day to day.

Depending on your goals being able to regurgitate half-remembered blog posts can get you pretty far, plenty of engineering directors in the wild for whom this is their bread and butter.
lots of times when i work it feels like i'm doing the same thing over and over again
