Is the stock 108k per year or over 4 years? If 4 years, you definitely have room for negotiation given you don't have sign on bonus either.

I’m not sure I understand the offer. Is this an IC2 or IC3 role? There seems to be a mixture of numbers that coincide with both levels.
108k over 4 years sounds like an IC1 offer, or this is not a SWE role. Maybe TPM or QA?
