i got an offer from Druva. package is base $140k/ 10% bonus/ 8000 stocks Questions: 1. what is the internal stock value ? 2. what price can I expect when it goes IPO? 3. how many stocks (ballpark range) are given to a project manager (15 yrs experience) on the annual basis ? 4. isn’t the base salary too low ? 5. is it a good company to work for ?
The recruiter didn’t tell me anything about that.
1. Ask the company, because if it's a private company we don't know the valuation and number of shares 2. 🔮 3. 8000 shares doesn't matter so much as dollar value of those shares. It's hard to tell if it's not enough. Imagine a $0.10 share vs $500 share. 4. Yeah it feels low for 15YOE PM, assuming you're in a HCOL area
Druva did not provide all the info and hence posted here, in the hope that some Druva employee may respond.
Ask your contacts for this position again. This is on them
Saw on equityzen asking for 4$, I find it horrible place to work. Which department?
Upper management politics
WTF did they block their reviews on Glassdoor? Since yesterday it keeps showing, "something's wrong" message.
2) IPO? Lol. It’s forever 18 months out. Don’t hold your breath.
