Why is Netflix not so open about outgoing (and incoming) programs?

It is quite difficult to figure out which programs are going away soon, and which are coming in. Some websites do publish a list of outgoing programs for the month, but they don't include foreign language programs. Same story for incoming programs.
Why is Netflix is so secretive about it? Any product managers can share insights why they would want to make that information difficult to obtain?

2) I canβt speak with any authority as to where to find/if you can find/why you canβt find a site that aggregates this info. If I were to hypothesize, I would gamble that itβs due to licensing on a title per country level. Managing that and ensuring it accurate - launch dates can move based on asset delivery - sometimes within days of anticipated launch - and making dates public for content that is ostensibly outside of our control for quality delivery could create a public outcry. People can get very upset when dates for launches donβt happen. And sometimes deals that are anticipated to go through, donβt. And sometimes we acquire content and get it up incredibly quickly. It would be a difficult calendar to maintain with accuracy that would appease the public.
Again, this is my hypothesis but see how this would be accurate.
But outgoing dates should be in their control, right. If you play an outgoing program, within the first few seconds, you see a little blurb for about one second that the program is going out on x date. If you blink you miss it. Supposedly, it only shows once per day. So if you rewind and replay, it doesn't show again. Evidently, they know when the program is exiting. I would like to find the information more readily, so I can binge-watch those programs on a priority basis before their exit date.
