Just to be safer side, can we have two h1b transfers go in parallel with same immigration team, F in my case and both premium. Transfering company wont be aware of this right ?(diff attorneys handling the case though).
Also if both gets approved, how to politely deny the other for not joining, obviously TC is one of major factor and then the brand name. I dont want to deny as of now to other, bcoz dnt know the final transfer status(though would be approved but still)
I started both since the second offer came after 15 days gap when documents were submitted to F.
