I currently have 4 job offers and I've narrowed them down to last two - AWS vs Capital Group. I'm very confused because both have some really good pros and cons. Compensation wise - they're both almost the same. But other factors are very different, such as work life balance, benefits, culture and environment, etc. Any suggestions?

The engineers are decent here but the work life balance is top tier. Im always shock that I clock in 40 hours for my time…. Knowing that i only work 20-25 hours a week.
If you want to focus on your personal development, go to CG. You won’t work more than 30 hours a week…. You’ll make an impact but never given too much work. Story points are typically no greater than 3 each ticket…rarely 8s. And this is mainly across all teams.
The people are very chill and the managers and directors are not demanding in terms of deadlines. You’ll see a lot of older people here. Most people stayed at CG for a long time because of the great wlb - which is why you might see that it’s a place to retire😂.
If you don’t care about prestige and feel wlb > prestige, take CG.
