Ok so im 30 yrs old living in bay area. I work as a nutritionist making 100k per year no 401k matching at a very small start up. Im at a crossroads where I either stay in nutrition and go back to get my masters (costs 80k and 2 yrs) to maybe open my own private practice OR accept an SDR position at confluent and launch a sales career (0 Debt, offering 90 k OTE rsu package, good medical and dental)
I know im a little late in the tech game. Would love some insights.

If not then the tech industry does give you a cash boost if you ever decide to leave and open your own practice.
Tech industry definitely is a good life with a lot of benefits as you said.
