38L base + 4 jb +2L ESOP for first year.
Total ESOP - 19L (10%,20%30%,40%)
Stock refreshers every year
PhonePe
41L base + 4 jb + 7.5L ESOP per year
Total ESOP - 30L (25% every year)
Yoe - 2years
Current TC - 25L
