eBay Sr. Product Manager
(Asking for a friend) What's the general comp breakdown one can expect for a Sr Product Manager at eBay? My friend is interviewing there right now but wanted a heads up in the event he's made an offer. Paysa and Glassdoor seem to have a 50% difference in the total comp so I'm not sure what to trust :/

For level 26 base should be in the range of 180k-200k, about 15 k joining bonus, 15% bonus, rsu vary based on negotiation. I would say 120k of stocks over 4 years would be good.

A level 26 means how many years of experience broadly?

Level 26 on the technical side is mts2. I would say about 7-8 yrs of exp.

I don’t know about eBay but in general I have found paysa to be more accurate than Glassdoor.. ( this is from my exp as senior engineer at Amazon and Netflix)
