I recently had a virtual on-site interview with Facebook Reality Labs which I failed. I consider my performance average (eg. While I did moderately well in the RTL/ASIC questions, I failed the python coding challenge which was actually easy). So even though this was supposed to be the final stage, HR scheduled me for one final interview with one person just so they could make up their minds. I thought I did well in the final interview but yet I got declined. I plan to reapply one year from now.
Any tips/guidelines on how to better prepare?

Have looked at their ASIC positions but my background is FPGAs specifically so I've been hesitant. Sounds like those are just general digital design questions though.
