I have my BS in kinesiology and ~ 3.5 years of customer facing experience. Currently working for a biotech start up in the Bay Area but it’s not a true CSM role (no acct management, implementation, etc) as it’s more of a glorified customer service rep role. CSM is simply the title. The products that I have supported in the past are all physical medical tests. Looking to transition into saas and become a true CSM. Does not need to be in the health tech/ biotech industry. Can anyone help? Thanks!!
