Lots of people are going to see their TC plummet as interest rates rise back to normal levels and stock valuations drop to compensate for the increased bond rates.
What "gem" companies (decent TC, WLB) do you see with healthy PE ratios that won't crash your RSU compensation when stock inflation gets cut down?
Indeed is the first one that comes to mind for me. PE ratio of 40 instead of in the 100s.
