    Talking to ICs is going to be the best way to get first hand insights.

    I talked to 5 ics the technical bar seems low first interviewer made big mistakes in the interview. He asked a question he do not understand but aside from this I am more focusing on company success I do not think they need super engineers to build their platform it is more about the business and the market need
