What US Constitutional rights are not available for H1B people?
I got an offer from AA but they want me to be hybrid. I don't want to move to DFW. Will I be able to negotiate a permanent remote position? Or is the company trying to bring everyone back. Anyone from AA know? TC: $80K YOE: 1 #americanairlines #aa
don’t you fly for free? i would be working from tahiti regularly
It’s 2 days in office and 3 days WFH. Depending on your team it’s flexible but they will expect you to come in, unfortunately.
Depends on the department; for the most part they want you at Skyview at least 4 days a week but it can be more flexible. The “negotiating permanent remote” is a nonstarter, that’s not a thing AA has.
IT is permanent hybrid, they say they want 2 days in office 3 days at home. However it is VERY team based and some teams do basically all work from home. All just depends on your managers basically, but relocation to phx or dfw is required
Don’t trust that, they will ask you to come 4 days soon after they get their 2 day attendance up.
Corporate policy is 2 days a week but it overall depends on the team, some teams/managers do not care at all or want one day etc
Lol they make money when people fly. So why will they support remote work
