Best company to increase my chances to get into FAANG. What looks best on my resume?

    Just interviewed with deloitte, I told them my target TC (198k aka what M offered me ) and they said wow, thats too high, we can do like 90, but people don't join Deloitte for the salary they do it for the exposure. And I'm like I've never heard of your company so idk how well that exposure is going brothers

    • Deloitte is one of the famous big4, not that it means much in tech world.

  • Deloitte. For reference, Deloitte works with Microsoft on some compliance, SOX software auditing stuff. They're well respected and have some engineering credibility.

    Really depends on role at FAANG vs what role you are offered at D/SF. Overall FAANG is just so competitive, even having D on your resume doesn’t make that big of a difference since 100s or 1000s apply for 1 position.
