Is it a good decision to move to Canada from third world country if you get a job offer?
How's tech career in Canada?
What are the chances of getting PR with job offer specially in Vancouver?
Help would be appreciated

Moving to a developed country like Canada is one of the fastest ways to improve your quality of life. Your income will rise, and more importantly, other quality of life metrics for you and your family will drastically rise.
Getting a PR in Canada if you have a tech job is straight forward. Several of my peers got it within 6 months of applying.

Depends if you like paying 50% of your salary in taxes or spending 6 months in snow and winter

    Depends on your situation.
If you're in India or China you can get paid better than Canada or same pay.
I used to get paid around 5.5k CAD equivalent on base salary in China. I believe someone at my experience earns about the same in Canada.

Vancouver is insanely expensive and will cancel out gains in salary. I would suggest Calgary or Ottawa area. Getting PR is easy from tech company
