I was treated unfairly at adobe and hr did nothing. So many terrible managers but no way to notify hr without risking your career.

Many people are treated unfairly including me today but I did not say that MICROSOFT is unfair to MEN. I only think my manager was unfair to me in this particular situation.
Please elaborate on how you were treated unfairly because you are a woman or don't make such an arbitrary statement with zero context
And of course it can impact men, too. For instance, if a male nurse is passed up for a special case because of stereotypes about male personalties and proficiency, that’s wrong.
That said, the post is vague and it would be nice to have more information—I’ve heard really positive things about Adobe.
