Work life balance is brilliant. But very outdated policy and culture wise.
Some groups maybe more outdated and conservative in their thought processes while others are more forward thinking. That being said, the company had engineering professionals show up to work during the pandemic which was not cool at all. The experience here is entirely dependent on the group you get into.
This is false. We were all WFH minus a very few people who were secluded and following protocol.
Fwiw I’ve heard you have to wear business attire + they have asked people into the office during covid because they didn’t want people to wfh; sort of ‘old school’ type of place
Not at the IT division. (Where most dev jobs are). You can wear jeans and casual.
