Got an offer from Amazon based in London for £90K page, £55k bonus over 2 years with 30 RSU. This is L5 role. I know Us is on different planet but comparing to some Dublin based roles, looks like a low ball to me. Any ideas or way to negotiate more? whats the max on L5?
