      I think the end result is even if you are vaccinated you are likely to get it there is no proof getting vaccination makes you immune. What it does help you with is making the symptoms mild or asymptomatic or acts as a shield. Unvaccinated dont have this privilege and are more like to spread thats all. If you say young people have 0 chance of dying.. say that to my dear friend who lost her husband aged 27

      1.) You absolutely can be against the experimental covid vaccines, and not be β€œanti-vax”

      2.) If the vaccine truly protects you, then you wouldn’t need to demand everyone else take it.

      3.) Because of point 2, you’d have to concede that the vaccines are leaky, and therefore cannot protect you.

      4.) Because of point 3, we’ll see the virus challenged to adapt, to overcome the very limited immunity the vaccines do provide. This is essentially gain-of-function research on billions of people.

      Let’s hope it pans out well, but it might not, and if that’s the case, it’ll be because of the endless hoards of midwits who didn’t stop to actually think about how any of this works. If you did, you’d know that the spike protein is a toxin, because it binds with ACE2, blocking the receptors. Why on earth would you want to inject yourself with billions of them? It’s Russian roulette at best.

    Vaccine is medical information. Since when was it legal to demand access to private medical information? I'm vaccinated but I would never support or work at any company that engages in coercion to try to force unwilling people to inject a dangerous substance in their body. Thats like saying someone who is tortured is engaging in free speech.

    The biggest hypocrites here are the folks who have taken the vaccine but still disagreeing with companies mandating vaccination for their employees.
    You should put your money where your mouth is, and not play safe with 1 foot in both sides of the argument.
    The hypocrisy is further validation that people not taking vaccine really don't have any valid point against the vaccine to not take it.

    • The vaccines do not prevent transmission. What is it you pro-mandate people don't get about this? Vaccines are only good enough to protect the user (and even then, only from severe illness and sometimes hospitalization). Only thing being unvaxxed does is increase the risk to the unvaxxed, not to other people. Mandates are completely pointless from a health point of view (very useful for controlling people, profiteering, etc)

      @Apple I want everyone, worldwide, who can take the vaccine to have ample opportunity to do so. I don’t care if that means waiving parents, subsidising vaccines, ramping up manufacturing … or who β€œmaterials” (vaccines, vaccine components, patented IP, money… what are you referring to here?) go to so long as that is achieved.
