Interesting observation. What keeps the people driven to stay there? Is it the quality of work? There aren't many AR companies right now, so is that the reason?
Yeah, my opinion is that a lot of people come/stay for the opportunity to work on a Pokemon IP, or maybe some of the more unique AR/mapping problems.
But I sure don't think it's for the comp or wlb, since those can be way better elsewhere.
