expedite Canada Tourist Visa for Indian Citizen

Indian Citizen on H1B planning to visit friends during Chritmas holidays and need a Visa. Applied on 8th Dec, gave Biometrics(finger prints) on 10th Dec but NO update after that. any ideas how to expedite the process, can find any customer service email/phone numbers.
